Responsibilities
Review guest arrival lists to offer a warm greeting.
Attend to distinguished visitors (such as VIPs) and respond to their questions.
Assist with the preparation of welcome folders with material (. property, amenities, area descriptions)
Promote services and provide information about amenities, the neighbourhood, and venues.
Anticipate guest needs and establish a rapport with them by assisting them with specific tasks (. confirming arrangements, taking messages)
Address customer complaints and, if necessary, escalate to the Site Head. Log information in the logbook on a daily basis.
Assure that health and quality standards are met.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or another related discipline is required.
1+ years of experience working as a Guest Relations Executive or other related position.
Should be a customer-focused person with a thorough understanding of the hospitality industry's standards.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral.
Outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills.
Excellent time management abilities.
