-Provide exceptional service by attending to guests needs promptly and courteously.

-Maintain a professional appearance and possess effective communication skills.

-Actively listen to and address guest complaints, resolving issues in a timely manner.

-Implement customer service initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

-Adhere to brand standards and guidelines, maintaining consistency in service and presentation.

-Handle guest complaints with tact and diplomacy, striving to turn negative experiences into positive ones.

-Maintain awareness of all brand offerings, promotions, and events to effectively communicate with guests.

-Oversee inventory management and ordering of bar supplies as needed ( glassware, liquor, beverages)
