Roles and Responsibilities -
* Ensuring a positive guest experience throughout their stay or visit
* Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively
* Resolving any issues that arise during a guest's stay.
* Ensuring that all staff members provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies.
* Coordinating special services for VIP guests,
* Acting as a liaison between guests and management, conveying guest feedback and concerns to the appropriate departments.
* Implementing strategies to improve guest satisfaction based on feedback and reviews.
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service in guest areas
* Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet company standards.
* Handling emergency situations calmly and efficiently, such as medical emergencies or facility issues affecting guests.
* Building strong relationships with repeat guests and corporate clients.
Skills required -
1. Proven work experience as a Guest Relations Supervisor or similar role.
2. Understanding of all management best practices and relevant laws.
3. Proficiency in English and Kannada; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
4. Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
6. Leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team into high performance.
7. Ability to work flexible hours.
8. Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation
