1. Lead campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, reporting, and identifying areas of improvement in various E-commerce channels.
2. Analyze results and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement and implement them to drive growth and maximize ROI.
3. Work towards ensuring proper internal as well as external partner management and track day-to-day operations related to growth & marketing.
4. Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to reach customers, increase relevance, and improve growth-related areas.
Some prerequisites-
1. Strong communication and negotiation skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders.
2. The ability to multitask and motivate others to meet deadlines.
3. Must have an eye for details in the trending marketplace and the ability to come up with creative ideas to reach out to customers and create a brand recall.
4. Basic understanding of different e-commerce channels & business models will be considered as an added advantage.
