Role Description- Growth Associate

 Client Acquisition:

Identify and target potential clients through research and networking.

Develop and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.

 Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

 Sales Presentations:

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients.

Demonstrate product features and benefits tailored to client needs.

 Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.

Close sales deals and ensure all contractual obligations are met.

 Reporting:

Track sales activities and generate regular sales reports.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

 Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.

Use insights to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.

 Campaign Development:

Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.).

Collaborate with the creative team to develop promotional materials.

 Brand Management:

Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials.

Manage the company's social media presence and online reputation.

 Content Creation:

Develop engaging content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and other platforms.

Work with designers and copywriters to create compelling marketing collateral.

 Performance Analysis:

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.

Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.

Qualification:

Strong Communication skills

Experience in Market Research and Sales

Knowledge of Lead Generation

Confident while interacting with Customers

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Detail-oriented and organized
