Roles and Responsibilities for Placement GL:
1. Assist the team in generating Placement and internship opportunities for the Aspirants by establishing and maintaining productive employer partnerships
2. Assist the team in approaching corporates through email and personal visits to develop partnerships and placements
3. Direct and guide students to identify employment options that match their career interests and aspirations and to handle their concerns from time to time
4. Driving the scheduling and follow up of student interviews with prospective HRs
5. Coordinate with concerned faculties or external parties for preparations of students for various placement opportunities
6. Define, allocate and manage targets for the POCs and drive weekly briefings around the same drive placement numbers day in day out as per weekly, monthly and yearly targets
7. Groom the Placement team members to perform to their fullest potential to ensure Placement for the month and ensure adherence to existing processes
8. Schedule and drive the Aspirant handover interviews from the Training pool as per the forecasting of aspirants prepared
9. Develop, establish, maintain processes that contribute to the future development of revenue and streamlining of Placement processes
10. Drive Domain and conduct Process Orientation sessions for the new joinee POCs in the team
