- Oversee our team of 500 plus employees to evaluate performance and wellness

Analyze current HR initiatives and identify areas of improvement.

Meet with management to discuss strategize solutions and conduct performance reviews.

Develop an institutionalized EVP (Employee Value Proposition) for the organizational.
