· Implement, configure, administer and support IT applications.
· Monitor applications and take corrective actions to prevent or minimize downtime.

· Document and maintain documentation of all business applications appropriately including quote comparison, license, activation key, AMC and key contacts for further support / maintenance
· Install and configure securely and appropriately all business applications
· Implement and maintain software and data access rights and controls.
· Periodically review and document the configurations of business applications and related technologies to ensure they are secure and optimally configured.
· Continuously monitor all running business software to identify, correct, all security vulnerabilities, bugs, breaches and other non-optimal occurrences and report to VP Operations.
· Identify, plan and execute the implementation of new applications, upgrades and patches to applications.
· Ensure that new software integration into our systems meets functional requirements and system compliance.
· Build custom reports and dashboards to support management decision making.
