Position Overview:

As a Ground Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the airport, assisting passengers, and maintaining high standards of service. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from check-in, baggage handling, to ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during boarding and disembarking.

Key Responsibilities:

Passenger Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with check-in, ticketing, boarding, and flight inquiries.

Baggage Handling: Safely and efficiently manage the loading, unloading, and transfer of passenger baggage, ensuring compliance with airline safety standards.

Safety and Security: Enforce safety procedures, conduct security checks, and ensure that all airline and airport regulations are followed.

Operational Support: Assist with ground operations such as aircraft marshalling, refueling, and cabin cleaning.

Problem Resolution: Address any passenger complaints or issues, providing solutions where possible and escalating to supervisors when necessary.

Key Qualifications:

Age Criteria: Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 27 years at the time of application.
