Key Responsibilities:

Passenger Assistance: Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing passenger concerns and requests.

Flight Assistance: Ensure smooth flight operations by coordinating with airline staff, gate agents, and crew.

Safety & Security: Enforce airport safety and security protocols, assist with screening, and ensure the safety of passengers and crew.

Baggage Handling: Ensure proper loading, unloading, and handling of luggage.

Administrative Support: Assist with record-keeping, ticketing, and other operational tasks.
