Handling Refund and Cancellation of International & Domestic Air Tickets Minimum Experience of 0-3 year is required Good Communication written and verbal Should be well-versed on following GDS Galileo Understanding the customer requirements

Package calculations and itinerary preparation

Pitching the packages to customer and ability to sell packages over phone and internet

Should have good knowledge of international & Domestic destinations

Hotel bookings, flight bookings, making land operator arrangements and negotiating deals with hotels

Converting Genuine Leads in to business

Preparing Tour costing Communication to the clients Handing Entire Tour Operations Designing Attractive Package Itineraries Understanding Client's Package Requirements Presenting, Convincing & Selling Tour Package to Clients Follow up from guest
