Take Off Aviation and Management Academy believes in the philosophy that people are more than what reflects in their resume. We do not adopt traditional approach taking into account traditional metrics like skills and experience. On the other hand our challenge remains for candidates based on cognitive tests which assess whether candidates will be able to learn the requisite knowledge and skills after they are recruited.
