We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Ground Staff Executive to join our airport team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of ground services while providing exceptional support to passengers throughout their travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Passenger Assistance: Greet and assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and arrivals, addressing inquiries and providing information about flights and airport facilities.

Baggage Handling: Manage the safe loading, unloading, and transportation of passenger baggage, ensuring accuracy in baggage tracking.

Check-in Operations: Facilitate the check-in process, verify passenger documentation, and issue boarding passes in a timely manner.

Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety and security regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and staff. Report any irregularities or safety concerns immediately.
