Pandaw Cruises is the leading river cruise operator in Asia and with our continued growth, an exciting opportunity has become available to help support our operations team in India.

We are looking for a Product Coordinator who will manage external service suppliers to maintain high levels of service and quality throughout guests’ trips with Pandaw both on and off ship. Also the candidate will manage the booking of services in relation to our river expeditions across India. Including transportation, hotels and any other services associated with the daily operation of our ships and itineraries. Working closely with our onboard crew, local management and national product team, you will be a hardworking and dedicated professional looking for a role within a fast growing and exciting travel business.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct booking of on-shore services in India- Maintain good relations with suppliers and contractors.- Coordinate the work of the guides. - Supporting the national and regional management with ad-hoc tasks.- Effective reservations administration.

Requirements

- Experience in booking travel services for a local DMC preferred.- Excellent knowledge of the local travel & tourism market.- Good command of the English Language.- Detail-oriented & efficient worker.

Salary according to experience with full benefits as per the provisions of local labour laws.
