Excellent understanding of GDS (Galileo or Amadeus)

Excellent understanding of domestic and international flight fares.

Responding promptly to customer enquiries.

Expertise in issuance, reissuance, and cancellations of tickets.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.

Requirements-

1. Good geographical knowledge, such as city codes, airport codes, and so on.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

3. Minimum of two years of experience in the Travel Domain.

4. Immediate Joiner will be preferred.

5. Flexible to work in rotational shifts.

Working Days - 6 days in a week (Rotational)
