Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Assist customers in making reservations for ground transportation services such as airport shuttles, taxis, limousines, rental cars, or parking spaces.
Reservation Management: Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online booking platforms. Manage reservation systems to book and confirm transportation services for customers.
Age - 18 to 35 years
Education - 10 th / 12th or Graduation from a recognized university , Well groomed

Information Provision: Provide information to customers regarding transportation options, schedules, pricing, and availability. Answer inquiries and address customer concerns or issues related to reservations.
Booking Modifications: Process changes or modifications to existing reservations, such as cancellations, rescheduling, or upgrades. Ensure accurate documentation and communication of changes to customers and transportation providers.
Payment Processing: Collect payment information from customers, process transactions, and issue receipts or confirmations. Ensure compliance with payment processing procedures and security standards.
Coordination with Transportation Providers: Communicate reservation details to transportation providers, including pick-up/drop-off locations, customer preferences, and special requests. Coordinate logistics and logistics to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Customer Assistance: Assist customers upon arrival at the airport, directing them to designated pick-up points or transportation providers. Provide support and assistance to customers as needed, including luggage handling or directions.
