Key Responsibilities:

Passenger Assistance:

Welcome and assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and baggage claim.

Provide information about flight schedules, airport services, and procedures.

Baggage Handling:

Manage the loading and unloading of luggage and cargo.

Ensure accurate tracking of baggage and resolve any issues related to lost or delayed items.

Safety and Security:

Adhere to all safety and security regulations, ensuring a safe environment for passengers and staff.

Participate in training and drills related to emergency procedures.

Operational Support:

Collaborate with airline staff to facilitate smooth check-in and boarding processes.

Assist in coordinating aircraft turnaround activities.

Customer Service:

Address passenger inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.

Provide support during irregular operations, such as delays or cancellations.
