Job Title: Ground Staff - Aviation

As a Ground Staff member in aviation, you will be at the heart of airport operations, ensuring seamless travel experiences for passengers and safe, efficient aircraft handling. Your role will involve customer service, baggage management, aircraft servicing, and supporting safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and any inquiries.

Oversee the smooth handling of luggage, including sorting, loading, and unloading baggage.

Assist in the preparation of aircraft by ensuring cleanliness, refueling, and safety checks.

Ensure that all ground safety regulations are strictly followed during operations.

Offer assistance with passenger boarding, disembarkation, and handling of special requests.

Coordinate with airline personnel, ground operations, and security staff to ensure seamless operations.

Manage passenger queries, complaints, and ensure a positive airport experience.

Qualifications:

Age between 18 and 27 years.

Working Conditions:

Dynamic, airport-based environment with varying weather conditions.

Rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
