Airport Ground Staff Recruitment 2025 is done to recruit employees for various posts in the ground in Indian airports. Airport Ground Staff: Airport ground staff are the employees who assist in the ground operations of the airport. The main function of these employees is to provide assistance in the check-in process of passengers, baggage handling, boarding, and operation of the aircraft. Cabin Crew: Cabin crew consists of aircraft employees. When the plane starts its journey and till the last journey, these employees work to provide safety, convenience and comfort to the passengers. Apart from this, they deliver security and other announcements to the passengers from time to time, and also guide in case of any emergency. Apart from this, they also distribute food items in the aircraft and provide a comfortable experience to the passengers during the flight.

Cargo: The airlines cargo department manages the luggage of the passengers. These employees load and unload the luggage of the passengers and other goods, such as leaves, food items, luggage and other items from the airport to the aircraft. The main job of the cargo staff is to load and unload the goods for the aircraft at the right time.

Eligibility for Airport

1. Educational Qualification:

Candidates applying for the post of Ground Staff must have passed 10th and 12th class from any recognized institute or board.

Some posts may require graduation degree and degree/diploma in technical field, such as for flight dispatcher and traffic controller posts.
