Position Overview:

The GRC Head plays a pivotal role in leading and managing the governance, risk management,

and compliance functions within the GRC firm. They are responsible for developing,

implementing, and maintaining effective GRC strategies, policies, and frameworks to ensure

regulatory compliance, mi&gate risks, and enhance overall organizational governance.

Additionally, the GRC Head serves as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expertise and

guidance on GRC maHers.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and communicate the GRC firm's strategic vision, objec&ves, and goals in alignment

with market trends, client needs, and industry best practices.

Lead the development and execution of the firm's GRC business plan, including growth

initiatives, client acquisition, and service expansion.

Client Engagement:

Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to clients on GRC-related maHers,

building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives and provide tailored GRC solutions,

services, and recommendations to address their requirements effectively.

Governance Oversight:

Provide leadership and oversight of the firm's internal governance structures, policies, and

procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Establish and maintain a culture of transparency, accountability, and ethical behavior within

the firm, promoting a strong governance framework.

Risk Management:

Develop and implement a robust risk management framework to identify, assess, prioritize,

and mitigate risks associated with the firm's operations and client engagements.

Conduct risk assessments, scenario analyses, and risk workshops to evaluate the firm'risk

exposure and develop risk mi&ga&on strategies.

Compliance Management:

Ensure the firm's compliance with relevant laws, regulations, standards, and industry

guidelines, including AML (An&-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), and data

privacy
