We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of proven graphic designing experience, with a robust portfolio showcasing their expertise in illustrations and other graphics. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with our marketing and branding teams to produce high-quality visual content that effectively communicates our brand message and resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and create compelling visual assets, including but not limited to illustrations, graphics, animated/still banners, signage, motion creatives, and social media posts.

* Utilize design software and technologies such as Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator) and Canva to execute projects.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives and timelines.

* Ensure consistency in branding and design across all materials and platforms.

* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve creative output.

* Communicate effectively with team members to gather feedback and iterate on designs as needed.

* Work methodically to prioritized tasks and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

* Apply creative thinking to develop engaging social media creatives that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 1 year of graphic design experience in branding, advertising, agency, or in-house environments.

* Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.

* Proficiency in design software and technologies, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva.

* Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, with a focus on aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas.
