Position: Graphic Designer

Location: Kolhapur

Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including print and digital assets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with the company's branding and messaging.

Produce high-quality designs within established timelines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative ideas into design projects.

Work closely with other team members, including copywriters and marketing specialists, to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.

Prepare and present design concepts to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.

Manage and organize design files, assets, and project documentation to facilitate collaboration and version control.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's visual style guide.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

Ability to balance creative expression with adherence to brand guidelines.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Requirements:

Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to bring concepts to life visually.

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with web design principles and responsive design.

Knowledge of pre-press and print production processes is a plus.
