1-Must have extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator, and Photoshop)

2-Responsible for design work-flow from creation, printing, to execution and getting the word out

3-Must work well on multiple projects under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines

4-Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback required. Must be able to take direction, and work independently, while being a strong team player

5-This person should have a sincere interest in design, marketing, connecting with people as well as have an interest in growing the department and taking our team's capabilities to the next level through new applications and trending software that makes our day to day more efficient

6-Knowledge of printing process, how to set up files for output and troubleshooting

7-Social Media – Experience with social platforms, understand advertising and analytics

8-Web Maintain/Editing – Ability to make changes and enhancements to the company websites

9-Creation of brochures, signage, flyers, banners, posters, logos, advertisements and other print/digital marketing materials as directed by Director and/or department managers
