Daily Responsibilities

1. Design creatives like banners, social media ads, billboards etc. for international beauty and cosmetics brands

2. Adapt creatives for various platforms and demographics as per client needs.

3. Design banners for storefront collections that enable our customers to easily recognize a distinct look to each collection

4. Design unique and beautiful email campaigns for product launches, blog posts, press hits, etc.

5. Design on-brand transactional emails for automated flows such as abandoned cart notifications, back-in-stock reminders, welcome emails, etc.

6. Collaborate with copywriters and creative directors to develop unique and on-brands visuals.

Requirements

1. A top quality and diverse design portfolio

2. 3+ years experience as a graphic designer working in-house or as a freelancer

3. Past experience in a top-tier Advertising Agency preferred

4. Ability to collaborate with Art Director/Marketing team to deliver assets on-time and prior to deadlines

5. Strong grasp of foundational graphic design skills; experience with typography preferred

6. A keen eye for detail and strong aesthetic sense

7. Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or Sketch

8. BA/MA in commercial art, visual communication or graphic design or similar fields
