Contribute and then oversee the social media strategy for organization, including the development and management of engaging content, which will be evidenced in the weekly & monthly reporting of all activity. Improve the usability, design, content, and conversion of the brand & corporate websites.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, optimizing campaign spend and performance based on the insights
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytical tools, identifying key metrics and using these to inform future campaign strategy
Undertake competitor and market analysis to gather opportunities and inform strategic direction
Manage and optimize social advertising across multiple platforms whilst keeping a close eye on budgets.
