To have responsibility for the Marketing function for the operation. To lead, motivate and inspire all direct and indirect reports and to proactively support all team members to achieve excellent standards. To nurture and foster a one team approach and a CAN DO attitude.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Must have knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, illustrator and product packaging editing and designing
Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, linkedin etc.)
Increase company and brand awareness on digital platforms and Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.), blogs, videos, audio podcasts, make effectivecreative contents with innovative ideas
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
Scheduling content publications across platforms, Crafting and editing pertinent content, covering all stipulated talking points, sharing highly visible links to prescribed websites, combing through your audience's feedback to ascertain their insights.
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) Tracking of outdoor sites on quarterly basis and prepare snag reports and highlights.
Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
