Scintilla Kreations is into advertising, walkthrough videos, Developing augmented Reality & Virtual Reality, and whiteboard animation making apart from all advertising services.
Responsibilities:
• Take overall responsibility for all on and offline work produced for all clients, including logos, banners, brochures, leaflets Poster design, Hoarding design and website mock-ups
• Manage a team of junior designers to ensure all work produced meets client briefs
• Mentor all team members to ensure progression and improvement
• Project manage all design assignments, ensuring all work is produced on time, to budget and to a high standard
• Hold monthly and quarterly design review meetings with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the work produced
• Ensure all design work produced to promote the agency is on-brand and meets the brand guidelines
• Work with account managers and business development teams to create design and branding material for client pitches

Requirements skills:-
• Experience in conceptualizing creative ideas and developing aesthetically appealing creative designs
• Proven graphic designing experience
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Up to date with industry-leading software and technologies (CorelDraw, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Design,etc)
• Anu font (Telugu software) (optional)
• Professionalism regarding time and deadlines
• Preferred candidates from Adverting Agency background
