Job Introduction

Ant Squad looking for an enthusiastic and capable designer with 2-4 years of experience to join our design squad. Designers must have either a design degree or relevant experience in this field.




We place importance on excellent concept skills, articulate designs and concepts visually and verbally, and translate early concept designs into detailed print/web-ready files. All this while coordinating with our squad to get the project rolling!

Considerable background in branding, creating collateral, and overall enthusiasm for understanding the domain & churning out new ideas, will help succeed in this role.




Your Mission

* Design, Design & Design.

* Should be aware of current trends in the digital space, working knowledge of the latest visual techniques, and understanding design principles.

* Ability to think creatively and independently, contribute ideas for campaigns.

* Finish designs to a highly detailed, professional level.

* Keep peace with the work culture, manage tasks and projects responsibly to ensure on-time deliveries.




SuperSpirit You Will Need

* Able to understand a brief & design for the Ant Squad brand & our multiple products.

* Solid knowledge of design theory, especially principles of graphic design and branding.

* A keen is unique to an eye for crafting storyboard and visually appealing designs to high levels of detail.

* Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator), Corel Draw InDesign, After Effect, Premiere pro skills is a bonus.

* Strong interpersonal, project management and communication skills.
