Responsibilities include:
Working on a project from the initial brief and sticking to brand guidelines to print-ready artwork or digital distribution.
Designing and creating work in a wide range of formats and media
Using print skills to create various campaigns, newsletters and magazines
Designing digital pieces including emails, apps, social media and responsive websites
Ensuring that brand consistency is maintained and translated into creative work.
Staying up to date with key trends in the industry and competitor development
Working collaboratively with the wider team in the company to ensure all requirements are met
Develop UI concepts and design through innovation and creativity
Creating and sourcing illustrations and photography
Creating logos and brand design/development
Working on business presentations for internal and external audiences
Key Skills / Experience Needed:
Roughly 2 years worth of commercial design experience
A strong understanding and working knowledge of Adobe Create Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
A good communicator with the ability to explain design choices and confident working with clients
Experience with Microsoft packages
Ability to manage multiple projects at once and handle your time effectively
Enjoyment in developing and adapting designs for a wide audience including global clients
Ability to work with wireframes would be ideal
Some understanding or experience with video cutting and editing
Other Skills required:
A 2:1 or above in Graphic Design from a top art/design university
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent verbal communication skills

An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
