The role:

What the job entails:

• Design and produce graphic elements such as logos, icons, illustrations, infographics, and animations for Venture Smarter's website, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and other marketing and communication materials

• Apply and maintain the company's visual identity and style guidelines across all graphic content, ensuring consistency and quality

• Work with the marketing and creative teams to understand the project requirements, objectives, and target audience, and provide creative input and feedback

Job Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field; or equivalent work experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or digital agency environment

• Portfolio of graphic design work that demonstrates creativity, originality, and versatility

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software

• Familiar with web design principles and tools, such as HTML, CSS, WordPress, and Sketch
