We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading design projects, creating visually stunning graphics, and ensuring the brand consistency of our organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into compelling visual designs. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor junior designers.

Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and create visually appealing graphic designs for various digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media assets, presentations, and more.

2. Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.

3. Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

4. Develop and maintain a strong visual identity for the company, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.

5. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering their growth and development.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into your work.

7. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support marketing and communication strategies.

8. Create and edit multimedia content, including videos and animations, when required.

9. Manage and organize design assets, including file storage and version control.

10. Review and approve designs produced by junior designers to ensure quality and alignment with brand standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

3. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design soft
