We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at The Local. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs that communicate our clients' brand messages effectively. This role requires a blend of artistic creativity, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for detail to produce designs that captivate and engage audiences.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and project objectives.

Create visual concepts and design layouts for various digital and print materials, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, and branding assets.

Develop original and innovative design solutions that align with client brand identities and marketing goals.

Ensure consistency in branding, style, and messaging across all design assets.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.

Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and software to enhance creative output.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and team members.

Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and brand communication.
