Urgent Requirement For Graphic Designer (Remote)

As a Graphic Designer at SourceCatch Konnect, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and impactful designs that drive business growth. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop creative concepts and produce high-quality graphics for various promotional materials, including print and digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualization: Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with the company's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Design Execution: Create visually appealing designs for a variety of marketing materials, including:

Print collateral (brochures, flyers, posters, business cards)

Digital assets (websites, landing pages, social media graphics)

Presentations and infographics

Software Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools like Figma.

Collaboration: Work effectively with the team to ensure that designs meet project requirements and deadlines.

Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all design work.

Adaptability: Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure that our designs remain fresh and engaging.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

Minimum 6 Months to 1 year of experience in graphic designing.

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

A passion for design and a creative mind set.

Working Hours:

Remote work with a daily Google Meet connection from 10 AM to 6 PM IST.
