Role Overview:
We are looking for a FULL-TIME GRAPHIC DESIGNER to join us in building a radically delightful home-buying experience. You will work closely with the founders and the rest of the founding team.
As part of an early-
Excellent Portfolio is required.
Need people from Branding and Graphic Designing
Key Responsibilities:
1. Improve on and maintain the brand identity across various channels
2. Build rich experiences using design for our customers both online and offline
3. Work as part of the sales and marketing team to create plans/strategies and execute them
4. Create templates to enable every team to achieve their goals as seamlessly as possible
Requirements: (Things to look for in a potential graphic/visual designer):
1. Finding designers from new-age startups with a strong sense of design.
2. Agency experience would be also interesting as they would have experience with wide skillsets.
3. A great portfolio showcasing your approach to solving problems and visual design skills:-
A good portfolio will:
1. Have a wide range of projects - different types of brands and styles
2. Good presentation of the projects - this is why portfolios on Google
Drives are usually a bad sign
3. Contain recent works: Old portfolios dont tell us how good someone
is right now.
4. Understanding of brands would be strong - Each of the projects will
have a strong visual identity and distinct from each other.
5. Exceptional portfolios will also give you context on the project, the
goal, etc.
Note :-
- Tier 1 college candidates will be preferred ( looking at people from institutions like NID,NIFT and Srishti manipal can help find good candidates.)
- Maximum 5 years of experience will be considered.
Ideal candidate:
As a early stage startup, we do not define ourselves to the roles but wear multiple hats and enable each other. An ideal candidate would be a generalist who is not constrained by the medium or software but with a strong fundamental thinking.
