**Job Summary**:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Political Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to join our campaign team. This individual will be responsible for developing impactful visual content and managing social media strategies to effectively communicate our political message. The ideal candidate is passionate about politics, understands the fast-paced nature of campaigns, and has a strong grasp of graphic design and social media management.

### **Key Responsibilities**:

1. **Graphic Design**:

- Design compelling visuals, including infographics, posters, flyers, banners, and social media content that align with the campaign's branding.

- Create engaging multimedia content such as motion graphics, short videos, and animations for political ads and social media channels.

- Design for print and digital media, ensuring consistency in all visual communication.

- Develop creative assets for events, rallies, and press conferences.

2. **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and implement a social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), and YouTube.

- Manage and grow the campaigns online presence by posting regular, engaging content that promotes the political candidate's message and policy positions.

- Monitor social media trends, conversations, and audience feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.

- Track social media analytics and create reports to measure the success of campaigns.

- Manage responses to supporters and address questions or concerns.
