Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Lucknow for a Graphic Designer. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating graphics, posts, developing branding elements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop visually appealing designs and ensure the consistent representation of the brand.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and creation of high-quality graphics, animations, and video content for digital marketing, social media, and brand campaigns.

Animate 2D using tools like After Effects, and other industry-standard software.

Edit and enhance video content for multiple platforms, ensuring it is polished, engaging, and optimised for social media and advertising.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, branding) to ensure designs align with campaign objectives and messaging.

Oversee and manage the creative process from concept to final execution, maintaining high design standards and consistent branding.

Skills & Qualifications:

1+ years of professional experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Expert-level skills in 2D using After Effects

Strong understanding of video editing, color grading, and post-production techniques.

Proven ability to create high-quality motion graphics, visual effects (VFX), and animations.

A strong portfolio demonstrating your design, animation, and video editing expertise.

Leadership experience, with the ability to guide a creative team and manage projects from start to finish.
