Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-orientated Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our marketing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality videos, graphics, and other multimedia content for digital marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns.

This role requires a strong eye for design, video editing skills, and the ability to create engaging content that aligns with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities: Edit and produce high-quality promotional videos, walkthroughs, and advertisements for real estate projects.

Create visually appealing graphics, banners, brochures, and other marketing materials.

Design engaging social media posts, infographics, and motion graphics.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and content strategies.

Enhance video content with motion graphics, animations, and sound effects.

Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.

Optimize media for different platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, design, and digital marketing.

Requirements & Qualifications: Any Degree

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

Experience in motion graphics and animation is a plus.

Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.
