Job Description:

We are looking for creative and detail-oriented Visualizers & Graphic Designers to join our dynamic team at Globbuzz Media Pvt. Ltd. As part of our creative team, you will collaborate with various departments to design and create visual assets for a wide range of clients and campaigns. You will be responsible for bringing ideas to life through eye-catching designs that reflect client needs and enhance their brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design compelling visual assets including digital and print creatives, social media posts, banners, logos, brochures, and more.

Collaborate with the internal team to understand project briefs and create innovative designs that meet client objectives.

Brainstorm visual and creative ideas with the team to deliver engaging concepts.

Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Stay updated with the latest trends in design, technology, and digital marketing.

Ensure consistency in visual style and uphold the highest creative standards for all deliverables.

Adapt and modify designs based on feedback while maintaining creativity and quality.

Maintain strong attention to detail in every phase of the design process.

Requirements:

Experience: 2 to 3 years in a creative agency setting (mandatory).

Software Proficiency:

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Photoshop

Canva

MS Office

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.

Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout.

Ability to take creative direction and work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
