Vastukul is looking for a creative and impact-driven Content Developer & Graphic Designer who can capture the essence of rural communities, their challenges, and their growth through skill development programs. The role involves interacting with the community, understanding their background, and developing engaging content that resonates with them.

This position will involve creating impactful videos, articles, and personal social stories that highlight the transformation brought by skill development initiatives. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for designing booklets and annual reports, ensuring the visual communication aligns with Vastukuls brand identity.

Key Responsibilities1. Community Engagement & Content Development:

Engage with communities to understand their backgrounds, aspirations, and challenges.

Develop simplified content that is relatable and easily understood by the target audience.

Create articles, blogs, and personal social stories showcasing real-life impact.

Capture testimonials and life stories of students, trainers, and community members to highlight program success.

2. Video Content & Storytelling:

Plan, shoot, and edit short videos, interviews, and case studies.

Develop engaging visual narratives that effectively communicate the impact of Vastukuls programs.

Ensure content is emotionally compelling and culturally relevant to the community.

3. Graphic Design & Visual Communication:

Design booklets, brochures, reports, and other communication materials for training programs.

Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency in design and messaging.

Use infographics and visuals to simplify complex concepts for community understanding.

4. Social Media & Outreach:

Develop digital content for social media platforms to amplify Vastukuls impact stories.

Ensure content is optimized for engagement across different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
