Job profile:

Lead and manage the graphic designer team

Conceptualize and execute creative design strategies

Collaborate with architects and other cross functional teams to integrate design solutions seamlessly across real estate projects.

Develop innovative and visually striking designs for a variety of projects, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, website elements etc.

Develop digital assets for online platforms, including social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters

Contribute to multimedia projects, including video graphics, animations, and other interactive design

Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and incorporate feedback to ensure client satisfaction

Keep updated of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design skills

Technical skills: Proficiency graphic design software, adobe creative suit, sketchUp, AutoCAD

Soft skills: Good communication skills, analytical skills, problem solving skill

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture

Experience: Experience of 7-15 years in graphic design with focus on architecture related projects

Must have direct experience in commercial real estate, experience with premium retail assets
