Job profile:

• Lead and manage the graphic designer team

• Conceptualize and execute creative design strategies

• Collaborate with architects and other cross functional teams to integrate design solutions seamlessly across real estate projects.

• Develop innovative and visually striking designs for a variety of projects, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, website elements etc.

• Develop digital assets for online platforms, including social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters

• Contribute to multimedia projects, including video graphics, animations, and other interactive design

• Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and incorporate feedback to ensure client satisfaction

• Keep updated of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design skills

Technical skills: Proficiency graphic design software, adobe creative suit, sketchUp, AutoCAD

Soft skills: Good communication skills, analytical skills, problem solving skill

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture

Experience: Experience of 7-15 years in graphic design with focus on architecture related projects

Must have direct experience in commercial real estate, experience with premium retail assets
