Production:
To ensure Timely Production.
The material follows for production plan
To report to top management regarding the requirement of instruments for inspection/testing.
To maintain adequate inspection and test status in terms of under inspection/accepted/rejected.
To ensure preparation of required gauges, tools, etc. for inspection.
Quality:
To assist the QC department in preparing a quality assurance plan for all products.
This plan shall be prepared considering national/international standards (IS, EN, DIN, ASME).
To assist the QC department to determine sampling quantity for inspection.
To assist QC department with preparation of required gauges, tools, etc. for inspection.
To assist the QC department to ensure material traceability of all manufactured items.
