Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Grader Operator to join our team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining grader equipment to ensure precise leveling and grading of surfaces in various construction and road-building projects. This role requires a strong understanding of equipment operations, technical expertise, and a keen eye for detail to contribute to the successful execution of construction tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and control the grader equipment to precisely grade and level surfaces, including roads, runways, and construction sites, as per project specifications and requirements.

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on the grader to ensure optimal performance and identify any potential issues or malfunctions.

Collaborate with the construction team to understand project plans, blueprints, and grading requirements, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the construction process.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, emphasising the importance of maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel and equipment on the construction site.

Monitor and adjust the grader's controls to ensure the accurate and uniform distribution of materials, such as soil, gravel, and asphalt, for the smooth execution of grading tasks.

Report any equipment malfunctions, maintenance needs, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly, facilitating timely repairs and minimising potential project delays or hazards.

Maintain detailed records of daily operations, including work logs, equipment usage, and any incidents or challenges encountered during the grading process.

Demonstrate a strong commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and efficiency, aligning with the company's policies and procedures to contribute to the successful completion of construction projects.
