We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Grader Operator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The Grader Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the grader to ensure the proper grading and leveling of surfaces, such as roads, landscapes, and construction sites. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of grader operations, possess technical expertise, and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards.

Responsibilities:

Operate the grader to level and distribute earth, gravel, and other materials to prepare surfaces for construction or maintenance.

Ensure the accurate and precise grading of surfaces according to the specifications outlined in construction plans and blueprints.

Conduct regular inspections of the grader to assess its operational efficiency and identify any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements.

Perform routine maintenance on the grader, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts to ensure optimal performance.

Coordinate with the construction team to understand project requirements and contribute to the successful completion of grading tasks.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment for all personnel on the construction site.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to provide updates on project progress and any issues encountered during the grading process.

Operate the grader efficiently and effectively, considering factors such as speed, blade angle, and material distribution to achieve the desired surface smoothness and uniformity.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, including grading logs, maintenance reports, and any relevant documentation.

Adhere to project timelines and deadlines, working collaboratively with the construction team to meet project milestones.
