Job Responsibilities:
Operate the grader efficiently and safely, ensuring accurate grading of surfaces as per project specifications.
Conduct regular pre-operational checks on the grader to ensure it is in proper working condition.
Perform routine maintenance on the grader, such as greasing, fueling, and cleaning, to guarantee optimal performance.
Follow project plans, blueprints, and instructions from the supervisor to achieve the desired grading results.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of grading tasks.
Ensure the grader operates within the company's safety guidelines and adheres to all relevant safety regulations.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the grader and its immediate working area.
Report any mechanical issues or required repairs to the supervisor promptly.
Work in compliance with environmental and safety standards, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Valid certification as a Grader Operator from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating graders or similar heavy equipment.
Proficient knowledge of grader controls, functions, and maintenance procedures.
Ability to interpret and understand project plans, blueprints, and technical documents.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under varying weather conditions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
