Key Responsibilities:

Paid Ads Management

 Plan, create, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

 Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.

 Monitor and analyze ad performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other analytics tools.

 Optimize ad spending to maximize ROI and minimize cost per conversion.

 Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media marketing.

Social Media Management

 Manage and grow Interiosplash’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media accounts.

 Develop and schedule engaging content, including images, videos, and captions.

 Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain brand voice.

 Collaborate with the design team for high-quality creatives.

 Track and report social media performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

General Digital Marketing Support

 Work with the marketing team to align paid and organic strategies.

 Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.

 Provide insights on customer behavior and digital trends to enhance ad strategies.

Requirements

✅2-4 years of experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media management.

✅candidates are more preferred from Interior design field.

✅Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics. ✅Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.

✅Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and influencer marketing is a plus.

✅Creativity and analytical thinking to craft compelling ad copies and strategies.

✅Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
