Job Description:

The candidate should be a mechanical engineer with 20 years of experience on all shop floor activities in an engineering and Injection Moulding industry And Export unit. Knowledge of Export Import Documentation and Prepation for with at least 10 years as Plant should have thorough knowledge and experience of overall plant activities including planning, manufacturing, Quality Control,despatch, HR and General Administrations. He should be familiar with modern concepts relating to production, planning, quality, cost control, preventive maintenance, safety, inventory management, projects and automation. He should be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time cate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results . Commit to plant safety procedures Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions .He should be a hard task master, strict and capable of leading by example and motivating employees to deliver results. He should be a disciplinarian, should have people skills, analytical skills and should be willing to consider himself on duty 24 hours a day.

Implementation of continuous improvement programmes facility, system and documentation for performance enhancement and compliance to changing requirements through automation, elimination of non-value adding activities, machine utilization for optimizing of outputs ement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
