Qual: Any Graduate/MBA

Experience: 10-20 years

Salary: 9 lac -20 Lac per annum

Job Description:

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills

As the head of the profit Centre he would be accountable for top and Bottom line

He would be the fulcrum between the Various stakeholders of the mall

Hiring of operation Staff

Establishing and Monitoring various Processes for Day to Day Functioning

Establishing and spearheading the Communication Matrix with Various brands

Accountable for Mall positioning and Marketing

Accountable for Strategy formulation and implementation for Foot fall

Coordination with Mall Employees (Treat Brand Employee as KW employee)

Preparation presentation of revenue projections and budgets

Adherence to the projected Revenue and budgets

Outsourcing and Contract Management

Accountable for overall upkeep, Ambiance and Customer Experience

Accountable for facility and security of the mall

Accountable for establishing the design control norms in the mall
