Job Title: COE- Global Mobility & Compensation
Required Experience : 3 - 6 years
Duration of Engagement: 6 months (Can go up to 2 years based on client need)
Location: Kandivali, Mumbai (5 days a week)

Exposure to International compensation & mobility
Post Graduates in HR required a minimum of 5-10 years in a global staffing or global mobility role required.
Role and Responsibilities:
Serve as the owner of employee global mobility programs (international relocation, international transfers, international assignments) focusing on efficiency and employee experience.
Drive employee mobility cases with key stakeholders in HR, Recruiting, Legal, and Finance to ensure precise execution while providing the right levels of transparency and advisory to business leaders globally.
Make smart decisions for client on evolving employee mobility protocol, procedures, and exceptions as needed.
Manage productive relationships with external services relating to mobility ensuring high performance globally according to key indicators such as client satisfaction and cost.
