Responsibilities:
Assist with assembly, packaging, and other production tasks according to established procedures and quality standards.
Operate machinery and equipment, such as conveyor belts, forklifts, and hand tools, safely and efficiently.
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area, including cleaning equipment, removing waste, and disposing of materials properly.
Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and report any defects or issues to supervisors.
Assist with loading and unloading materials, supplies, and finished products as needed.
Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality requirements.
Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the factory.
Requirements:
No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
Ability to perform physical tasks requiring strength and stamina in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures is desirable.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Valid work permit or authorization to work in Europe.
High school diploma or equivalent is desirable but not mandatory.
