Job Description:
Conduct thorough patient consultations to evaluate medical history, symptoms, and diagnostic test results.
Perform physical examinations and diagnostic procedures to assess the condition of patients.
Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, including both surgical and non-surgical interventions.
Perform surgical procedures such as hemorrhoidectomy, fistulotomy, anal sphincter repair, colectomy, and colonoscopy.
Utilize advanced surgical techniques and technologies to achieve optimal patient outcomes while minimizing risks and complications.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including gastroenterologists, oncologists, radiologists, and nurses, to provide multidisciplinary care.
Educate patients and their families about treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-operative care requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient charts, surgical logs, and procedural documentation.
Stay abreast of latest advancements in Proctology and participate in continuing medical education activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
MBBS MS Medical degree from an accredited institution.
Board certification or eligibility in General Surgery.
Valid medical license to practice as a Surgeon.
